Job Description
A Senior Estimator is required to join a well established building contractor
to join the Estimating Team at their Head Office in Surrey. The services they
provide range from modern partnership agreements through to traditional main
contracting. Sectors they are prominent in range from Education, Health,
Leisure, Retail and Commercial through to Public Sector works.
The majority of their work is repeat business and they manage long term
framework agreements with many of their clients. This has resulted in a
healthy order book for the foreseeable future and it is due to a heavy work
load that this vacancy has arisen.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in the above named
sectors, particularly Education, Healthcare and Retail and will be in both New
Build and Fit-out. You will be from a main contracting background with a
proven track record of successfully pricing works.
This is a permanent role and a salary of up to £50k is on offer along with car
allowance, pension, bonus scheme plus many other benefits. This company pride
