We have worked with One Way Resourcing since they first started trading, based on the good working relationships we developed with their Directors whilst working with their previous employers. Initially we employed them through Brazier Construction at Southampton and latterly, as their company expanded, through Kier Southern at Havant.

As part of our supply chain selection process we visited the offices of 15 Labour Agencies to ascertain the ‘back of house ‘support given to the supply of operatives. The business practices demonstrated by One Way were of a high standard and they were selected to be one of the 6 Agencies to provide labour to the south coast offices.
One Way have recently opened an office in Slough which will enable them to serve our Maple Cross office.

One Way founded their reputation of only supplying CSCS carded operatives and they have always been keen to take on new initiatives, such as CHAS, in order that they enhance their reputation.

We have always found One Way to be honest, reliable and professional in their attitude and performance and would recommend them to be included as a preferred supplier of labour within our operational area.

Although I have worked with you over the past eight years, it was your help, at The University of Southampton ISVR, which really saved the day.
I had called One Way Resourcing at 4.00pm in the afternoon, desperately requiring a Crane driver for the following day. No hope whatsoever, or so I thought.
Your reply, "I will sort it out"
This was a particularly tough call, in view of the stringent certification required for a crane driver at Morgan Ashurst.

At 7.30am the Following Morning, a fully Certified Driver arrived on site to start work, without any fuss, straight into it.
The Driver proved to be that good, that he stayed for the duration of the Project.
