Raising the Bar - Fitness to Work
One Way Resourcing is always looking for ways in which to add value to our clients in the construction sector. Having already been one of the first recruiters to introduce a fully compliant CSCS work force back in 2005, we are now raising the bar again, and are putting all our crane operators and tele handlers through a 'fitness to work' medical.
The result? Not only will you have the guarantee that our operatives are CSCS compliant but that they are also fit and healthy enough to operate the machine.
