Helen joined forces with James Caan in 2008 and is Managing Director of HB RIDA. Having enjoyed a successful career in the Recruitment Industry, as a Consultant, Director and MD as well as Acting CEO of the REC, she has worked with some of the best SME agencies around. Helen is an expert in building and growing teams, divisions and people and has provided invaluable support and guidance to fledging and established businesses - in fact she has personally mentored in excess of 100 recruitment businesses and has assisted them to become award winning organisations. Consequently, she was able to easily identify the strengths of Paul and Duncan and says that she is looking forward to seeing One Way Resourcing grow as a business.
