James Caan : One Way Resourcing Group, Chairman

James always invests in people rather than just their ideas and was impressed by Paul and Duncan’s entrepreneurial spirit and their success in building a business which refuses to compromise on quality and standards. James is Chairman of private equity firm Hamilton Bradshaw and of HB RIDA, One Way’s investment partner and is best known as one of the ‘dragons’ on Dragons Den. Having started in recruitment as a ‘one man band’ and built the Alexander Mann Group, which became one of the UK's leading recruitment companies. James sold the company, by then an £130m turnover business in 2002. He also co-founded executive headhunting form Humana International eventually growing the business to over 147 offices in 30 countries.
